Good day friends and colleagues, A lot of people who have been working in our industry for the past few years, or decades for some
Apparently I have a funny accent, charming maybe, but funny? First and foremost, I think it is relative and a question of perspective as I obviously disagree. Here is my logic, we are over 6 million speaking like me from where I come from and less than 2 million speaks french like the citizens of my beloved country of adoption, Switzerland. You decide, but mathematically speaking, I think I make more sense than they do. Anyway That fact aside, I come from Montreal for those who are wondering and I have been involved with info/cyber security for over 20 years (my god it makes me feel old). I love the topic and the job almost as much as I love my wife Florence and my two kids. To me, Cyber Security is one of the most challenging field of IT as there is a huge human aspect to it and that the threat landscape is constantly changing. As you can imagine, I will let my colleague talk about the technical aspects and will focus on managerial aspects, processes and human challenges faced by cyber security professionals through my postings. PS: I head the financial services practice at Kudelski Security.
The famous and infamous CIA!
Good day friends and colleagues, When I say CIA, I am obviously not talking about the agency but about the cyber security triad: Confidentiality, Integrity
